Tappoo Eshopper accepts MasterCard, Visa Cards only for the moment. Tappoo eshopper gift certificates will be a supplementary payment method on your purchases. All the transactions will be carried out in Fijian Dollars (FJD) and all the payments will be verified and authorized by www.paymentexpress.com via a secure server.
We do not currently accept international wire transfers, PayPal, or Smart Cards.
Tappoo eShopper gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the deliver address for your order. All our international deliveries will be handled by DHL Express and it is assured that you are paying the lowest courier charges in par with the market.
Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.
Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including your destination address, volumetric weight of the product, how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment, and whether you have requested that we minimize the number of shipments or ship items as they become available. All the shipping charges will be clearly displayed on customer order confirmation and invoices and he/she will only be liable to pay the total amount including shipping cost.
Returns, Exchange and Refunds
We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by Tappoo eShopper. If you just need to return an item, go to Account Page and RMA Section. For more information about refunds, click the links below.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The amount of your refund depends on several factors:
Items that meet our returns guideline will receive a full refund.
Items that do not meet our returns guidelines/conditions do not receive refunds:
Any Electronic Items, Kitchen Appliances, or Handicrafts and Souvenirs that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap): will not be refunded
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 100% of item's price but customer to bear the all shipping cost.

If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, visit your account page and use RMA facilities to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item through our online RMA options.(you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. You can view completed returns and refunds by visiting your account and accessing the relevant order summary.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations can be made with 24 hours of the order, if you think that you have made the wrong purchase. You may use the same RMA facility coming under the account section in our eshop. Refund will be arranged with in 3-5 days and all the transaction fees will be deducted.

It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer. Failure to do so, will cause revealing your privacy for buying patterns, products that frequently purchase, unauthorized transactions such as returns, exchange requests and refunds etc. With your consent, Tappoo eshopper will send you the on going ePromotions for a pleasing internet shopping experience. Non-Fiji customers - Customs, Quarantine, Tariffs, and Taxes
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
